Some browsers reserve Alt combinations for their own menus. If Alt+letter does nothing, press F10 or tap Alt alone, then the highlighted letter.
On a touch screen, tap any menu title, or “F10 Menu” on the status line. Every screen has its own address and may be bookmarked.
